Plimmerton to Paekakariki

After a great rest on a sunny afternoon, catching up with housework, I began my trip north up the left hand side of the island. I wanted to visit the tiny towns I may not have seen yet, on my way, & very quickly discovered I simply didn’t have time to see every one. That trip will take months. It’s still in my plan though.

I left the NZMCA park in Plimmerton & stopped at Paekakariki for a quick look at 7am 😂

I just love to get on the road early, but it’s limiting, in so far as I can’t see much, & the pics are a bit dark. Very peaceful though 😂 I value the quiet mornings, & am really noticing the crazy  pace of life that our society live at.
