To the Tron!

I set off home at a leisurely pace so as to achieve making the costume I want to make in time for an event in just less than two weeks. No pressure 😂

The fabric for part of my costume @ $2 per metre that’s a steal!

With good news under my belt I’m feeling much relieved & a little annoyed I hadn’t waited a little longer before getting a place on land that I’m now locked into for another six months. I’ll chalk it up to experience & use the time to make up the costumes I’ve cut out while on the road, using other people’s dining room tables 😇 You all know who you are xx And get a job fingers crossed 🤞

And home again

This time has made me realise just how much I hate being restricted by walls & suburban life. I don’t sleep well amongst noise, so it’s imperative I get out in the wild again as soon as possible.

The first thing I did was…take a hot shower & do laundry. Because I can 🥰

There’s a lot to think about this time around, & a job may be a part of that. It may be prudent to get a small storage shed thingy to store the main furniture I bought & have been given. No point going through all that again! Or I may keep the unit for when I feel like having a break from road life, ironing something & cooking toast 😂

More blessings

For now it’s home to the walls & apply for jobs to keep me busy, give me the funds I need to keep both the truck & a residence going & regroup & think things through. If you know me well, like a few of you do, that could take a while 😂 I’ll downsize the stuff I put back in the truck this time too. It’s been great driving her without being fully loaded.

Contented sigh ~
