Hi again just me, drinking coffee made in under 2 minutes in an electric kettle, eating real toast 😂 

I’m wondering if I need to take a pause from blogging, so it doesn’t become boring for you? 

Travel as we know it has stopped for now, apart from the essential. Steamin Along is parked up, having given way to the convenient bus services here, & awaiting a freshen up. The house battery is doing very nicely without the fridge on I have to say! But she’s empty & feeling the cold. I can tell she longs for the smell of the sea, the views to die for & tranquility of the open spaces, but that will be with new owners.

For now it’s suburban life, noise, business & congestion. She’s not thrilled about the stress that comes with it either, but that’s life sometimes isn’t it.

Next weekend I’ll take her out to a steampunk gathering, weather permitting. That should cheer her up. Here’s hoping the trees behave! The councils seem to have clipped their budgets of arborists 😉

Then in few weeks it’ll be off to a masquerade ball if she’s got a costume to wear. Priorities are a little different at the moment, with chasing the elusive dollar that society demands. One has learned the word equity (equalness) & other previously unknown words from a long buried language recently. There will be Mahi (work) on the horizon soon to help with the Kai (food) situation, which will give her some mana (pride, dignity & respect)

The discovery of ones dormant typing speed was very exciting last week, as it was accidentally uncovered by trying to capture a spoken phrase. All very exciting I can tell you! 🤩 The box called “senior” seems to have come to the surface on the ocean of life, but we are not thrilled to find ourselves floating in it! So restrictive! And doesn’t fit into equity at all 😉 What was also discovered was a new language of active verbs…previously unknown by said person. So many new skills to come into play! Let us begin! Proactively even 😂
